Over the past 15 years, Peter has undertaken a number of small and large projects on our heritage Paddington home. This has included complete gutting and renovation of the kitchen and laundry, and of one of the bathrooms; replacement of two levels of wrap-around balconies; replacement of traditional slate and corrugated iron roofing and of guttering; major damp-proofing and drainage improvement; replacement of traditional iron fencing at front of house and laying of new front path and driveway, as well as a significant number of more minor repairs and improvements.
