Strengthening Retaining Wall
This retaining wall had weakened to the point of collapse. We built a series of concrete piers behind the wall as remedy to support the wall. Temporary steel support was installed to prepare for further works. The ceiling was lined with timber boards and gable timber shingles, externally plus a flat sheet internally New brcik wall and concrete path, post remedial works
Heritage Carport & Structural Landscaping
House-side exterior view upon comletion, with finishes to complement heritage home The timber rafters were lined with plywood for bracing "The architech's design involved roofing construction that was supported by a steel and timber framework. Each roof section was built at a different pitch (slope).  On the low-front, street-facing section, we installed the slate roof over a sheet membrane, as the pitch was unders the minimum for slate" The underside of the rafters were lined with timber boards. The outside of the gable ends were lined with timber shingles to match the house. House-side exterior view upon comletion, with finishes to complement heritage home
Heritage Building Façade Remedial & Restoration
A scaffold in construction to carry out façade works. Completed scaffolding for façade works. "Completion saw the timber windows repaired and paintedl new cavity brick tie were installed and some areas of brickwork were reportined; new copper gutters installed; other maintenance works.  The ornate stonework on the bottom level was restored along with new lead capping. All works were detailed by Peter O'Connell (PRC Sydney's principal) direct to the client. "
