In my capacity over time as a Board & Committee member of 2 residential apartment dwellings I have been responsible for contracting the principal of Premier Remedial Constructions (PRC) for several significant projects. Some include: Restoration of internal period detail of heritage listed building; Complete restructuring of hot water service to 21 apartments; Control of ground water which penetrated lift well; Restructure of outdoor terrace effected by subsidence; Elimination & restoration of rising damp damage; Remediation of lead flashing that failed prematurely.
These projects had potential to cause substantial damage & loss to the buildings concerned. The Principal, Peter, concisely analysed the problems & designed + undertook corrective, & often innovative actions. On no occasion was there cause for concern about the quality, performance or cost of the work undertaken. I am indebted to Peter for extracting me & the Owners Corporations involved, from difficult & worrying situations. I would not hesitate to employ PRC for work in their specialty applications, & in fact am doing so currently, March 2023!
